Nature of services
Leeder Advisory provides strategic advisory services only. It is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. No communication with Leeder Advisory — including intake submissions, scheduled consultations, correspondence, or delivered materials — creates an attorney-client relationship.
No representation
Leeder Advisory does not appear before licensing boards, courts, tribunals, investigators, employers, or other parties on behalf of clients. Clients requiring legal representation should retain qualified counsel licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. Where useful, Leeder Advisory can work alongside retained counsel in a coordinated advisory capacity.
No guarantee of outcome
Advisory recommendations are provided in good faith based on information made available at the time of engagement. Outcomes in licensing, disciplinary, employment, and high-conflict matters depend on many factors outside of the advisor's control. No result is promised or guaranteed.
Confidentiality
Client communications are treated as confidential as a matter of professional practice. However, because Leeder Advisory is not a law firm, communications may not be protected by attorney-client privilege or the work-product doctrine. Clients should exercise discretion accordingly and consult retained counsel about privileged communications.
Jurisdiction
Advisory services are offered from the United States. Nothing on this site should be construed as an offer to provide services in jurisdictions where doing so would require licensure the firm does not hold.
